Sandhu Design and Drafting Ltd. supports homeowners, builders, investors, and developers with residential design, permit drawings, feasibility reviews, and project coordination throughout Burnaby and Metro Vancouver.
Manny Sandhu founded Sandhu Design and Drafting Ltd. after recognizing a gap between visionary ideas and the practical realities of planning, permitting, and construction. With experience on both sides of the permit counter, Manny understands what it takes to bring a project from concept to submission.
Before municipal service, Manny built a foundation in architectural design, real estate development, and building envelope engineering. He later served as a Residential Plan Checker and Building Inspector for the City of Burnaby, reviewing permit applications and working through code, zoning, and construction issues with owners, builders, architects, and engineers.
Today, Sandhu Design and Drafting Ltd. focuses on practical, well-documented design solutions for custom homes, duplexes, multiplexes, additions, renovations, suites, and development feasibility studies.
